3 • INTENDED USE ALL MISTIQA DESIGNS ARE FUNCTIONAL YET CONCEPTUAL PIECES OF COLLECTIBLE FURNITURE. THEY ARE NOT ENGINEERED FOR OUTDOOR USE, HIGH-TRAFFIC COMMERCIAL AREAS, OR HEAVY INDUSTRIAL LOAD-BEARING. MISUSE OR ALTERATION VOIDS ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR WEAR OR DAMAGE.

4 • FINISH INTEGRITY EACH OBJECT IS FINISHED IN A SIGNATURE DEEP-BLACK TONE THROUGH SPECIALIZED COATING AND SEALING METHODS. EXPOSURE TO HARSH SOLVENTS, ALCOHOL-BASED CLEANERS, OR DIRECT HEAT MAY DULL OR DISCOLOUR THE SURFACE. PROTECT FROM LIQUIDS AND SHARP OBJECTS.

CONFORMITY TO DESCRIPTION

Upon purchase of a Mistiqa product, the purchaser accepts that Mistiqa products are handcrafted from natural materials or Processed in nature. While Mistiqa perform every effort to conform to description - slight variations in size, shape, finish, and material performance, may occur. There can be no control of irregularities in colour, grain, veining or texture of products that include glass, brass, timber, marble or leather.

Sales collateral such as material samples, photographs, drawings and any other particulars associated or involved in the sale of the goods, is used for reference purposes only. We will not be liable for any such variances or inconsistencies.

We are constantly developing and refining our pieces. Due to this some design alterations may occur that differ from the photographs and specifications provided.



CANCELLATION POLICY

All Mistiqa pieces are made to order and enter production shortly after confirmation. Once a piece moves into material preparation or atelier scheduling, the order is considered locked. For this reason, cancellations are not permitted beyond this point.

Cancellation requests received within 24 hours of order confirmation may be considered at the sole discretion of Mistiqa, provided production has not commenced. Any approved cancellation may be subject to an administrative and processing charge.

Orders involving custom dimensions, site-specific modifications, or special finishes are non-cancellable once confirmed.

Mistiqa reserves the right to decline cancellation requests in order to protect the integrity of its craft process, production commitments, and material allocations.

Our work is composed with intent. Once begun, it is not undone—it is completed.



PRICING & AVAILABILITY

Prices are determined by material integrity, atelier capacity, and the evolving discipline of design. As raw materials, production methods, or craft processes mature, pricing may be revised without prior notice to reflect these conditions accurately—not to stimulate demand.

Mistiqa does not operate on fixed inventories. Availability is governed by controlled production cycles, ensuring each piece receives full attention within the atelier. As a result, certain forms or finishes may be paused, refined, or retired at the discretion of the house.

No discounts, promotions, or price negotiations apply to the Flagship Collection. Each price is set as a considered expression of value, scarcity, and intent, and is held consistently across all clients and channels.

Our pricing is not responsive to the market. It is responsive to the work.



DEFINITIONS

Agreement means a contract between us and you for the sale and purchase of the Goods.
Goods mean physical goods agreed by both parties to be supplied by us to you.
Quotation means the form, tender or quotation submitted by us to you regarding the Goods.

Invoice means the sales invoice issued by us to you which is subject to these terms and conditions.


DESIGN REQUESTS AND MODIFICATIONS

Mistiqa offer custom modifications to limited existing product ranges subject to Snelling’s approval. Please acknowledge that requests for custom products outside our existing ranges prompt a more comprehensive submission and approval.

All requests must be submitted and approved in writing.

Mistiqa have the right to decline all submissions.


EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY


1 • EVERY MISTIQA PIECE IS HANDCRAFTED TO ORDER — MEASURED, FINISHED, AND INSPECTED INDIVIDUALLY. BECAUSE OF THIS ATELIER PROCESS, WE DO NOT OPERATE ON STANDARD RETAIL POLICIES. AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN IS ACCEPTED ONLY WHEN IT PROTECTS THE INTEGRITY OF CRAFTSMANSHIP, NOT WHEN IT UNDERMINES IT.

2 • ELIGIBILITY ALL SALES ARE FINAL ONCE CONFIRMED AND IN PRODUCTION.RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE PERMITTED ONLY IN THE FOLLOWING RARE CASES:MANUFACTURING DEFECT OR STRUCTURAL INCONSISTENCY DISCOVERED UPON DELIVERY.TRANSIT DAMAGE VALIDATED THROUGH DELIVERY INSPECTION.WRONG PRODUCT OR SPECIFICATION SUPPLIED AGAINST CONFIRMED ORDER.

3 • REPORTING WINDOW ANY ELIGIBLE CONCERN MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY VIA OFFICIAL MISTIQA COMMUNICATION CHANNELS (EMAIL OR DOCUMENTED CALL). BEYOND THIS PERIOD, ACCEPTANCE OF THE PIECE SIGNIFIES COMPLETE APPROVAL OF WORKMANSHIP AND FINISH.

4 • VERIFICATION PROCESS A VISUAL REVIEW (IMAGES/VIDEOS) WILL BE REQUESTED TO AUTHENTICATE THE CLAIM. THE ATELIER TEAM WILL EVALUATE REPAIR FEASIBILITY BEFORE ANY EXCHANGE DECISION. ONLY AFTER WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM THE QUALITY & ATELIER HEAD, LOGISTICS WILL BE COORDINATED FOR RETRIEVAL.

5 • CONDITIONS THE ITEM MUST BE UNUSED, UNINSTALLED, AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING (INCLUDING BLACK SATIN DUST COVER AND CERTIFICATE).CUSTOMISED, MODIFIED, OR SITE-ALTERED PRODUCTS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED. NATURAL VARIATIONS IN OAK GRAIN, MATTE TONE, OR HANDCRAFTED FINISH ARE INHERENT AND DO NOT QUALIFY AS DEFECTS.

6 • EXCHANGE / REPLACEMENT TERMS APPROVED EXCHANGES ARE FULFILLED WITH A NEW PRODUCTION BATCH OF THE SAME MODEL. PRODUCTION LEAD TIME: 6-10 WEEKS FROM APPROVAL DATE. NO MONETARY REFUNDS; ONLY REPLACEMENT OR RECTIFICATION. IN CASE OF TRANSIT DAMAGE, MISTIQA WILL COORDINATE RETRIEVAL AND RE-DELIVERY AT NO COST.

7 • NON-ELIGIBLE CASES COLOUR OR TEXTURE VARIATIONS CAUSED BY LIGHTING OR PHOTOGRAPHY. MINOR SURFACE UNDULATIONS TYPICAL TO HANDCRAFTED BLACKENED FINISHES. PURCHASES MADE THROUGH AUTHORISED PARTNERS (E.G., THE HOUSE OF THINGS) — THEIR INDEPENDENT TERMS APPLY. DAMAGE DUE TO MISUSE, HUMIDITY, OR IMPROPER INSTALLATION.

8 • OWNERSHIP & ACCOUNTABILITY MISTIQA RETAINS FULL RIGHT TO APPROVE OR DENY EXCHANGE AFTER INSPECTION. ALL DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND GUIDED BY ATELIER ETHICS, NOT CUSTOMER SENTIMENT.

Warranty

Mistiqa provide the following warranty terms and conditions for all Mistiqa products. This includes products from both the Made by Mistiqa, Mistiqa range and all collaborations.

All warranty questions or claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase and extends only to the original purchaser. Images and proof of manufacturing faults and defects may be requested. The warranty is only valid if a valid claim is made within the Warranty Period in accordance with the following guidelines. Please read the guidelines carefully before filing a claim.

ALL PRODUCTS

Mistiqa guarantees that all products sold are free from manufacturing faults and defects for the product specific periods outlined below, from the date of original delivery.

The warranty guarantee does not cover:

Any breakage caused by negligent and/or improper use of the goods.

Changes caused by normal wear and tear

Any damage caused by lack of and/or erroneous maintenance. Please see detailed care instructions supplied to you with your product and outlined in Product Care.

Any damage due to an accident or force.

Degradation of finish caused by environmental factors.

TIMBER Or related products - 1 Years Structural

A one year warranty covers the structural integrity of Snelling products. Any surface abrasions or dents will not be covered if they were not reported immediately upon arrival of your purchase. A selection of images will be requested dependant on the damage reported. The timber products or related have been crafted by hand with carefully selected timbers and related products suitable for the intended use of the product. It may be a natural product or processed products and can change with environmental variables. Humidity and fluctuating temperatures that causes bowing or joint separation are not warranted. No warranty will be accepted where sun or heat exposure damage is the visible cause.
